1 In General

PlashMill Press will not disclose your name, address, email address
or telephone number without your consent unless we are required to do

3 Returns
Goods delivered in usable condition may not be returned under any circumstances
except where the purchaser has current Trade Account with PlashMill
Press, and the returned goods are in as-new condition or unopened. Where
goods have been delivered in an unusable condition PlashMill Press will
replace them at our cost.
4 Intellectual Property, Software and Content
The intellectual property right in any material made available or supplied
to you remains the property of PlashMill Press or of the author of the
material.
5 Purchases of Products and Services
All purchases of goods or services are subject to availability and confirmation
of the order price by us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability
and any guarantees warranties or representations made as to delivery
times are limited to Scotland and are on the basis that we are not responsible
for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays or force majeure.
PlashMill Press is absolutely entitled to refuse any request made by
you without stating reason. Where a contract is made with a third party
PlashMill Press is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract
is made between yourself and that third party. When making a purchase
you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or
services are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the
credit or debit card used to make your request or purchase where such
method is used and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost
of the goods or services. If paying by cheque you warrant that you are
an authorised signatory on the relevant account and that there are sufficient
funds therein to cover the cost of purchase. All exchange rates are
variable in accordance with the exchange rate applicant on the day.
